HArmonyCa® is for patients with wrinkles on the side of the face in front of the ears, especially when smiling. It can target and treat the lateral aspect of the face only, not the lips or neck & is the newest add-on dermal filler from Allergan, the market leaders of facial aesthetics.

It is a dual-effect hybrid injectable that combines two hard working ingredients, hyaluronic acid (HA) and calcium hydroxyapatite (CaHa) to give both an instant lift and longevity.

Manufactured as a bio-stimulator, the crossed linked HA gives an immediate elevation of the skin to plump out lines and wrinkles whilst the CaHa stimulates lasting collagen production in the skin to restructure, rejuvenate and tighten the face. It also includes lidocaine as one of its ingredients to make it a more comfortable treatment.

In recent clinical trials 91% of clients treated with HArmonyCa ™ reported a marked improvement in facial appearance, with over 82% returning for a repeat treatment as and when required.

HArmonyCa ™ is ideal for individuals concerned with loss of facial structure associated with ageing and also those who would like to benefit from the long-term improvement of facial proportions, lines and wrinkles

SKIN TAG REMOVAL

What are skin tags?

Skin tags are small growths that hang off your skin. They’re common and harmless, but can be removed if they’re bothering you. Skin tags are made of loose collagen fibres and blood vessels surrounded by skin. Collagen is a type of protein found throughout the body.

What skin tags look like?

Skin tags are small, soft, skin-coloured growths on your skin. They can vary in colour and size – from a few millimetres up to 5cm wide.

Who gets skin tags?

Skin tags are usually found on the neck, armpits, around the groin, or under the breasts. They can also grow on the eyelids or under the folds of the buttocks.Pregnant women may also be more likely to develop skin tags as a result of changes in their hormone levels. Some people develop them for no apparent reason.Skin tags tend to grow in the skin folds, where the skin rubs against itself, such as on the neck, armpits or groin. This is why they tend to affect overweight people who have excess folds of skin and skin chafing. Both men and women can develop skin tags

Skin tag removal is regarded as cosmetic surgery, which is rarely available through the NHS. Cosmetic surgery is usually only available on the NHS if the problem is affecting your physical or mental health.

If you have any skin tags you would like us to take a look at & consider removal then  book in for a consultation with our Skin Lesion Nurse Specialist Rachael at our  CQC York Clinic.
