We are proud to put SUPPORT at the very front of our training. From your initial enquiry, you will feel supported through the whole process,
We feel it is important to honour the commitment we have made to you, and feel that ongoing support is essential when practising in an industry such as ours.

Practical Support Sessions
We operate an open-door policy and are happy to have you back in the training centre any time should you feel you need more guidance.

The most popular support outlet is via email. It gives both technician and trainer an opportunity to view any images you may want to refer to and also allows us to re-send any course material we feel would be helpful to you.

Some of our technicians are avid Facebook users, which is one of the reasons that we decided to set up a page of our own. You are more than welcome to send us a message via our Facebook page. Additionally, our training manager operates a very active support group comprising of over 350 members which all students are welcome to join. It’s free and a great place to find out about masterclasses, Support sessions, and other industry trends.

If you just have a very simple question, you can always text us via SMS and WhatsApp.
We are also more than happy to have a video chat if this is something that will help you.

We love a chat and sometimes a quick call can fix a number of situations. You are welcome to call the clinic on 01937-919288 where the trainer works from Monday to Friday, 9-5. However, please be aware that we are often busy training. If you leave a message, please be sure to leave your name and number and we’ll return your call as soon as possible.

Please remember – Our students are our main priority, your needs come first whether it be in the classroom or for after support needs. If enquiries are made over the weekend we will always try to respond asap but responses may be slower.
